Our Beliefs

We practice regenerative agriculture, which is a conservation and rehabilitation approach to food and farming. All of our animals are raised on pasture where they are able to live life as they were intended to. We rotate the animals on a regular basis to help keep them and the land healthy. We do not use hormones, antibiotics, or chemicals on our animals which results in a more natural, better tasting, and more nutritious products.
